Technical Trainer (m/f/d)

Make training effective: you create training documents and presentations that are professionally well-founded, didactically thought out and tailored to the respective target group. You prepare technical trainings, perform them safely and ensure a structured refurbishment. Making technology tangible: You convey topics from heating, climate technology, SHK and water management in a comprehensible, practical and application-oriented manner. Working internationally: Whether with customers, colleagues from marketing or with other specialist departments - You agree with stakeholders in the European environment. This includes occasional travel activities in the European area.

Manage technology safely: You bring several years of professional experience and very good knowledge in heating and air conditioning technology. Experience in the SHK sector is also desirable. In practice, you have a further training in the electronic or SHK environment. Ideally, You even bring knowledge about pumps or especially the Wilo product portfolio. In words, you communicate very safely in German and English and communicate complex content in a comprehensible and address-oriented manner. Use Digital Tools: You work safely in handling MS Office, PowerPoint and image editing programs. Work independently in the team: you act independently, you like to work in the team and bring interest in future topics such as AI and digital learning formats.
