Head of Operation and Submarine Training Command Systems (m/f/d)

Operation & Submarine Training Command Systems (OSC) with employees from the Nautical and Leadership and Application Departments Ensuring the necessary qualifications and individual further development of employees Active interface and project management as well as ability to interdisciplinary exchange with Sales, Product Management, Engineering Planning, control and optimization of resource and personnel use in a multi-project environment for the areas of commissioning, sea trials and ship operations Responsibility for hourly and cost budgets and control of utilisation Preparation, implementation and follow-up of training for military occupations and technical personnel as well as internal specialist training Creation and maintenance of Ship Management documentation Responsible for the management and further development of the OSC group along the strategic department goals

Complete technical, economic or maritime studies or comparable qualifications with long-term professional experience Certificates according to STCW 95 are desirable Experience in the role of leadership as well as in the situational leadership, motivation and further development of employees and strong team and communication skills High level of self-responsibility, enforcement strength and flexibility in complex situations Structured, conceptual working and a pronounced technical understanding Sovereign communication in German and English (written and oral) readiness for occasional international travel
