Responsibility for the operational management and strategic development of the HR team Legally compliant and timely settlement of monthly billing Optimization of personnel processes and support in operational day-to-day business through sound expertise Strategic and operational personnel work, for example in the fields of recruiting & personnel development Accompanying and implementing digital processes, such as the selection and implementation of a new HR software Compilation of statistics and evaluations as well as contract creation and certification Contact point for employees, health insurance companies, authorities and internal interfaces

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting Professional knowledge of pay tax and social security law Expertise in project management as a driver:in HR accounting and time management issues Strategic, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Team player with hand-on mentality

Depending on the qualification and expertise, the gross annual salary is between EUR 70,000 and EUR 80,000.
