Fleet Coordinator (m/w/d)

To fulfill our mission, we are looking for a fleet coordinator (m/w/d) in part or full time at the next time. With organizational skills, sense of responsibility and a high degree of accuracy, you support our Logistics Operations Management department and help us efficiently control our fleet throughout Germany.

You support the management and maintenance of our fleet in a fleet management software and ensure smooth data quality You take over the organisation of vehicle shifts, accompany smaller projects and assist in the operational control of fleet management

You coordinate administrative tasks such as contract management, vehicle registrations and registrations, driver's license checks and vehicle movements documentation and assist in vehicle marketing

You support the creation of reports, analyses and evaluations for fleet control and utilization

You take the examination and processing of incoming documents and assist in the accounting process

You work closely with our logistics locations, external service providers and internal interfaces

You actively contribute to the development and standardization of our administrative fleet processes

You have successfully completed a commercial training or have a comparable qualification with You ideally have first professional experience in the administration, ideally in the fleet, logistics or service environment

You draw your attention through a structured, careful and reliable way of working

You have a high affinity for digital tools, ideally first experience in handling fleet software and very good MS Excel knowledge

You are a team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and a pronounced hands-on mentality

You bring communication strength and organizational talent and keep an overview even in work-intensive phases
