HR Data Analyst (temporary position)

We are looking for you as HR Data Analyst*in limited to 30.10.2027. HR data are your passion - Within the staff area, you analyze control-relevant HR data and thereby make your strategic contribution. Your open mindset for new technologies, digitalization and AI combined with the interest in further HR controlling topics will let you fit perfectly with us as a team. Among other things, we expect the following tasks: Support in ongoing and future projects, in particular for digitization topics, AI projects and the preparation and presentation of HR data and key figures Building a HR Data Analytics Strategy and its Implementation Set trends for the use and development of innovative solutions for the continuous improvement of our IT system landscape Creating demand-oriented analyses and reporting in modern SAP systems, e.g. reporting in Business Warehouse and Dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud Significant presentation of analytical results and their presentation

We look forward to helping our team if you bring the following: Completed studies of economics, mathematics, computer science or similar Multiannual professional experience in HR IT or HR controlling High level of solution orientation and pronounced self-organization for self-responsible processing of tasks, including in agile working forms A working method characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit Experiences in digitalization projects and AI topics with HR reference High digital affinity and motivation to work into HR IT systems and shape digital processes At least very good knowledge of German in word and writing are required We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
