They act as consultants and program managers for Asian value creation sites and support the topics shopping, goods logistics, prefabrication, assembly, routine testing and supply logistics Together with the local line organisations, you will develop personnel, processes and infrastructure of value creation sites to increase performance, quality and capacity without deteriorating the cost position In new product developments and localizations, you are already in the development phase of the contacts for value creation topics and support the local line organization in a smooth flow of numbers They act as a communicative interface between the Group headquarters and the Asian value creation sites for all supply chain topics. They assess the operational capacity and plan the replacement purchase including the necessary test equipment

You have completed engineering studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification They have at least 5 years of professional experience in at least one value-added discipline (purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, assembly, quality), ideally in the context of electromechanics You already have experience with Lean methods They bring international commitment and travel, including for multi-week stays abroad, and have cultural professional experience with Asian culture They are a pragmatic “Entrepreneur in the company” with creative design and openness for cultural differences SAP knowledge is advantageous Negotiating English skills complete your profile, others are advantageous
