In order to strengthen our team of E.DIS Netz GmbH, we are looking for a supply chain manager (m/w/d) at the Potsdam site at the earliest possible time.

You develop strategies and concepts in all aspects of supply chain management and accompany implementation. Here you are the structural element and integrate the relevant stakeholders with the necessary drive. You develop the demand planning of E.DIS Netz GmbH together with the relevant stakeholders and ensure innovative solutions in supply chain management. The follow-up of demand analyses is an important part of this. You identify potentials for the optimization, digitization and automation of processes and processes in logistics and in purchasing, implement the appropriate solution and increase process efficiency. Take into account the potential of using AI and thus shape the supply chain management of the future. You are analysing a dynamic procurement and logistics environment and thus supporting managers in decision-making. You will develop training sessions for essential changes to policies or tools and support the team. You will be happy to pass on your knowledge and make the documentation useful for the future. You contribute with your know-how to further improve cooperation between supply chain management and internal/external stakeholders. You identify best practice solutions in supply chain management. In addition, you will participate in cross-sectoral and cross-company projects.

You have a university degree in the field of economic engineering/BWL with a focus on supply chain management, logistics, purchasing or a comparable discipline. You can present professional experience in a management consultancy or in strategic and operative supply chain management in different industries. A technical affinity is desirable. You are safe in handling the office applications and ideally have knowledge in the field of SAP. You have demonstrable successes in developing strategies and concepts, as well as in optimizing and digitizing/automating processes. You have pronounced analytical and communicative skills in combination with a structured, independent way of working and a pragmatic, practical approach.
