Fundraiser Institutional Investors (m/f/d)

As Fundraiser Institutional Investors (m/w/d), you are responsible for expanding and maintaining our relations with institutional investors. Your tasks include the placement of real estate investment solutions in the equity and debt sectors, as well as the acquisition of consulting and individual man-made data. You continue to expand existing customer relationships, acquire new investors and manage the entire sales process from the first speech to the successful conclusion. In addition, you work closely with investment management, fund management and asset management to develop tailor-made investment solutions for our customers. The participation in the further development of our sales strategy and our product range as well as the representation of Deutsche Investment in the institutional market complete your task profile.

Complete economic studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual successful sales experience in the institutional asset and/or Investment management, also internationally Reliable network of institutional investors and demonstrable successes in the placement of investment products or mandates knowledge of the asset class real estate and institutional investment structures; Real Estate Equity and/or Debt Secure understanding of the requirements and decision-making processes of institutional investors Representative sales and final orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and sovereign appearance towards decision-makers Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
