(Senior) Compliance Officer (m/f/d)

• You actively shape our CMS and ensure that it meets the current requirements. Keep in mind new developments and Emerging Topics.

• You are professional contact persons and consultants of the international compliance network.

• You develop appropriate and accurate compliance guidelines and carry out training for our employees to raise awareness of compliance issues.

• You are responsible for identifying, analyzing and evaluating compliance risks.

• You are responsible for the sound audit of our business partners, especially with regard to Business Ethics & ABAC (Anti-Bribery / Anti-Corruption).

• You are responsible for our reporting system and assist in carrying out internal investigations.

• You act as a central interface and ensure compliance requirements are taken into account in all relevant departments.

• A successful study of law, economic law or a comparable course of study with compliance-oriented additional qualification.

• Influential, multi-year professional experience in the implementation and further development of a (international) compliance management system (CMS).

• Funded knowledge in the areas of anti-corruption, business partner examination and antitrust law. Experience in defence is a plus.

• Secure appearance, communication and persuasiveness to all hierarchy levels as well as strong team skills.

• Joy and ability to actively and accurately fit compliance, effectively implement problems and risks not only to identify, but also to solve business interests.

• Strong process thinking and a pragmatic, risk-based approach.

• You are interested in technological solutions that make compliance processes more efficient.

• Professional knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
