The State Building Office Heidelberg is responsible for various construction projects on behalf of the Federal Government – in Baden-Württemberg and abroad. We implement civil and military construction measures, integrated into the high-performance Baden-Württemberg federal building with around 780 employees. We work in interdisciplinary teams from young and experienced construction professionals of all divisions, as contractor representation and large general planning office. Mission: You ensure that federal institutions are developed, disposed of and disposed of and that public funds are used with due care. You are responsible for projects in engineering, in the supply and disposal, in transport systems and outdoor installations over all phases of the service, civil and military. Qualification: completed university studies in the field of civil engineering or a comparable discipline. Experience: We are consciously open from highly motivated professional entry to long-term practice in project management, construction management or construction design. What you want to introduce is crucial, not how long you already do it. Technical basis: engineering, urban water management, transport systems, building land and geotechnology in width or in depth. Control instead of own planning: You guide planners professionally, instead of drawing themselves, and do not feel this as a loss. Understanding structures: openness to the procedures of construction management, procurement law, HOAI, RBBau.
