Associate Chief Operating Officer (m/w/d) strategic special projects & implementation control

As Associate Chief Operating Officer (m/w/d), you support the management of strategic and operational topics and projects with high priority. You make sure that decisions will take concrete measures – and measurable results from measures. You create transparency about progress, risks and dependencies and ensure consistent implementation of business-critical topics. For this position a readiness to travel of about 3 days/month is assumed. These are your tasks

Management or co-direction of strategic special projects and cross-departmental initiatives

structuring complex topics as well as preparation of analyses, basis of decision and business cases

Compliance with strategic measures including progress reviews and risk monitoring

Preparation and support of management meetings, workshops and strategy formats

Control of internal and external stakeholders and address-oriented communication of goals and status

Ensuring liabilities, schedule and clear responsibilities

That makes you

Graduate in Business Administration, Management or a comparable subject

High readiness, team skills and success orientation

2 to 5 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, business operations and project and program management

Embossed analytical and conceptual strength combined with implementation orientation

High self-responsibility, organisational skill and communication strength at management level

Diplomatic, enforceable appearance with Hands-on-Mentality

Joy in bringing structure, clarity and speed into complex topics
