Your tasks include checking incoming shipments of goods for the completeness and integrity of the announced packages according to delivery documents. Furthermore, you enter supplied production orders from Kassel and forward them to the corresponding cost centers. In addition, you take over the legally compliant handling of shipments as well as the preparation and testing of the required transport documents for completeness, such as certificates, CE declarations or safety data sheets. In addition, you carry out all necessary goods movement bookings in the SAP system (e.g. SAP ERP, WM, EWM). In addition, ensure the correct identification, assignment of the documents and careful treatment of the incoming material as well as the appropriate control of the material flow. Your activity is rounded off by the clarification and reporting of deviations internally or with suppliers, the support for master data maintenance in SAP, the organisation of transport and auxiliary services and the participation in the continuous improvement of interfaces and processes at the site.

You have a completed three-year vocational training and several-year professional experience or a comparable qualification. In addition, you will ideally provide technical understanding for electronic assemblies and components. In addition, you have good knowledge of MS Office and SAP. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are of course for you. Knowledge of the use of hazardous substances is advantageous. In addition, knowledge in the field of weapons is desirable.
