Together with experienced colleagues, you are looking for a smooth run between buyers, sales partners, notaries and internal disciplines and are increasingly taking responsibility for your own projects and tasks.

Self-responsibility of the objects assigned to you No new customer acquisitions Combination of classic indoor and customer service activities Control of the entire distribution process from the object installation to complete purchase price processing including Notary appointment Support and support of our sales partners and brokers Ensuring high-quality customer support throughout the sales process Communication with buyers, brokers, sales partners and notaries Planning, coordination and preparation of appointments Care and tracking of all processes in Salesforce Optimization of existing sales and support processes

Commercial training: Successfully completed training, e.g. real estate businessman /-wife, merchant /-wife for insurance and financial investments, industrial businessman /-wife, merchant /-mann for office management Professional experience: at least five years of experience in the real estate industry / property management Structured operation: You work carefully, organize and keep track of multiple parallel financing requests Communication strength: You bring a safe and friendly appearance – in the team as well as in contact with customers and partners Team player with own initiative: You actively contribute to the team, take responsibility and think solution-oriented IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
