Specialist Packaging Development (m/f/d)

You develop packaging solutions from idea to industrialization taking into account technical, qualitative and economic requirements. In projects you coordinate cooperation with marketing, product development, purchasing, quality assurance and production. The support of new introductions and optimizations of existing packaging is also part of your task. You work closely with internal production sites as well as external suppliers. Technological trends and material developments actively follow and check their practical feasibility. You take responsibility in the team and bring your expertise across areas.

You have completed their studies in packaging technology or comparable training. First to multi-year professional experience in packaging development allows you to safely handle development processes. Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes and interactions between product and packaging are targeted. Project work, structured working and interface communication are at your daily work. You are a creative, solution-oriented personality with high implementation competence and bring a “Make-It-Happen mentality”. Good knowledge of English as well as safe handling of common office and SAP applications complete your profile.
