Project Controllers / Construction Site Controllers (m/f/d)

Our client is a versatile company based in stitches / Seevetal. To strengthen the five-member team, we are looking for a project controller (m/w/d), who is working with national and international projects.

You have first experience in controlling, ideally in the construction or project environment? Do you work independently and structured and keep an overview of budgets, costs and forecasts in challenging project situations? In addition, do you bring good English skills and are open to occasional international travel? We look forward to your application!

· Commercial controlling of national and international (construction) projects · Analysis of project costs, budgets and forecasts · Creation of project reports and deviation analyses for management · Close cooperation with project management and other relevant stakeholders · Support and take over further tasks in project controlling · Participation in the further development of controlling tools and reporting structures · Support for international projects and occasional project-related travel activities

· Complete commercial studies or commercial training · Experience in controlling, ideally in the project or construction environment · Interest to get involved in building site controlling · Very good numerical understanding and analytical and structured working methods · Communication strength, solution orientation and loadability · Very good English skills

· Varied activity with high self-responsibility · 28 days a year · Dynamic working environment with short decision paths · Close cooperation with (international) project teams
