Administrative digitization does not succeed in the tearing board, but in implementation, where many participants, systems and interests must come together. That's exactly where you're using: As a project coordinator:in the ITV.SH you will advance demanding digitization projects and ensure that You arrive at the municipalities in Schleswig-Holstein. Division II focuses on: Digitalization projects with a specific focus on individual components (e.g. online services or basic components, such as the OZG cloud) Digitalization projects that create infrastructure requirements at national level (e.g. X-Road SH) and Digitization projects that adapt projects at federal level for municipal administration (eg RegMo) You become part of a project team and support the project management in their daily work. Their role is operational, technical coordination and control. Software development and the technical operation of solutions are carried out by service providers. Your tasks: Coordinate and advance projects: You coordinate and control sophisticated digitalization projects operationally and independently and bring together expertise, IT, service providers and municipalities Record and prioritize requirements: You clarify what the municipalities really need, sharpen technical and technical requirements and translate them into practical requirements Ensure quality: Together with municipalities, you define acceptance criteria and ensure that a solution runs reliably before entering the area Join and advise municipalities: You accompany the municipalities in the introduction and use of our offers, receive their feedback and are their first address on questions Service providers control: As a technical:r coordinator:in you control the participating service providers, keep dates and quality in mind and take results Ensure and convey knowledge: you document according to target groups and make results and processes for others comprehensible and repeatable

We expect you to: As an open-minded, digitalizing affinity, who likes to work in new topics and is as communication-strong as sovereign, think and act committed, targeted and happy to be independent. Your qualifications (must criterion): Complete university studies (Bachelor, FH diploma or higher) in a suitable field, for example administrative or economic informatics, public management, administrative, economic or legal sciences, or training in the above-mentioned areas with proven, multiannual relevant professional experience. In addition, bring the following (must criterion): Proven experience in the independent coordination or control of projects or digitization projects with several stakeholders Basic technical understanding for software and hardware solutions and the willingness to work into the specific system landscape readiness for occasional missions within Schleswig-Holsteins (Guide for Class B) German at least C1 level Skills and knowledge that are important to us and desirable for your activity: Experience in administrative digitization Representative communication and moderation competence: You communicate between different interests addressable and lead the parties to viable results Knowledge of the topics Online Access Act, One for All (EfA), Online Services and the Basic Components and Systems of Administrative Digitalization, for example Register Modernization and NOOTS, OZG Cloud and Deutsche Verwaltungscloud, X-Road SH and FIT-Connect, Digital Identities and User Accounts including EUDI Wallet, Pay Services, Germany-Stack or Federal IT Architecture Methodology competence in project management, classical and/or agile High problem solving and conflict resistance: You address challenges openly and consistently Experience in or with municipal administration and an analytically conceptual view You are a team player You are criminal and conflictable You show willingness to continue and further education You don't meet any of these points?
