For a start from January 2023 we are looking for you as a team leader production (m/w/d) for our customer in Gera!

Earnings after indulgence!

Your tasks:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of a production team of currently approx. 30 employees
• independent control, monitoring and optimization of production processes
• Accompanying various technical and organizational projects within production
• Evaluation of key figures and derivation of appropriate measures to increase productivity and quality
• Collaborative cooperation with the management and other production teams
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and work safety

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical or craft training
• Leadership experience at team or layer level, preferably in the textile processing industry
• Sovereign personality with exemplary ways of dealing and a high degree of commitment and self-initiative
• Organisational and communication strength, conflict resolution and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
