You should bring:

• A completed commercial training, ideally in the field of warehouse logistics or forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in storage and handling desirable
• Secure MS Office knowledge and experience in the CAL-Suite warehouse management system
• Good knowledge of German
• Care and detail accuracy as well as a pronounced communication capability

Your tasks with our customer:

• Collection of customer orders and booking in the warehouse management system
• Truck handling in goods and goods outlet
• Coordination of time window assignment and gate occupancy
• Proactive monitoring and control of orders and goods flow
• Close coordination with the operational storage staff
• Registration in the goods management system (incoming goods, exit of goods)
• Communication with existing warehouse customers/customers
