Wages and salaries: You prepare the monthly wage and salary bills for several companies of the service center and carry out them reliably. For all billing-relevant questions, you are a competent respondent and ensure compliance with tax and social insurance regulations. Personal administration: You accompany our employees administratively over the entire Employee Lifecycle, from entry to changes in the current employment relationship to exit. Personal master files: You're posing our personal master data in our Hansalog HR system and ensuring that all information is fully, up-to-date and reliable. Contract and certification: You create work contracts, contract changes, work certificates and other personal documents. Onboarding: You provide the entry of new colleagues organizationally and make sure that all necessary documents and information are available in time. Advice and support: You are a reliable contact person for employees and executives in matters relating to personnel administration and assists in the clarification of personal concerns.

Qualification: You have completed a commercial training or a study with regard to staffing and ideally an additional qualification in wage and salary accounting. Professional experience: You bring well-founded professional experience in payroll accounting and you know well with the associated follow-up activities. Labour law: In tax, social security and labour law, you are safely on the move and can use your knowledge in everyday work. Software knowledge: You have experience in dealing with a common HR software or digital personal management systems and work safely with the Microsoft Office package. Working methods: You work independently, carefully and structured and keep an overview even when several topics are on the table. Communication capability: You are reliable, are happy to work in the team and are happy to support colleagues, colleagues and executives in a service-oriented manner.
