Your tasks:

• Individual and value-estimating care as well as support for the residents in everyday care

• Working with medical diagnostics and therapy

• Guidance of electronic care documentation

• Contact care to the relatives and supervisors of our residents

• Maintenance and control of the care process and care quality

• proper and professional storage and use of medicines in compliance with the law on drugs. Implementation/ implementation of medically prescribed treatment care.

• preparation and regular updating of the SIS – adaptation of care to the respective state of health and the needs of the resident.

• Provision of deceased / assistance in the care of the members of the Schwerkranken/Sterbenden/Deceased persons present in the institution.
