Coordination and further development of company-wide data protection activities Central internal contact point for operational data protection issues and interface to the external data protection officer Support for data protection impact assessments, risk analysis and evaluation of technical and organisational measures Maintenance of the directory of processing activities as well as creation, testing and updating of data protection-relevant documents and processes Data protection and compliance related support of IT projects, IT systems, cloud solutions and service providers Building and developing guidelines, control mechanisms and evidence in the field of IT governance and IT compliance Participation in IT risk analyses and in the assessment of technical, organisational and regulatory requirements Support in the further development of identity, authorization, change, incident and service provider processes Planning and implementation of awareness and training measures Coordination and follow-up of agreed measures Participation in information security and IT compliance topics, including evaluation and, where relevant, implementation of regulatory requirements such as NIS2 Perspective takeover of further tasks in the fields of IT risk management, IT control systems and IT governance

Complete training, completed studies or a comparable qualification focusing on IT, business informatics, information security or IT compliance Multiannual practical experience in a technical IT environment, for example in IT operations, system administration, cloud environment, information security or IT project management Very good understanding of modern IT infrastructures, IT architectures and IT operating processes Knowledge of cloud-based platforms, ideally Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID or comparable technologies Understanding identity and authorization management, network and system architectures, IT service processes and technical security measures Good knowledge of the GDPR and the BDSG as well as interest in their practical implementation Experience in data protection management or a corresponding additional qualification is advantageous Knowledge in the fields of information security, NIS2, ISO 27001, IT risk management or IT audit are advantageous Ability to analyse technical and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical processes, controls and measures Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and secure handling of confidential information Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
