You run the after-sale service professionally, personnel and result-oriented. You are responsible for the implementation of the service objectives and the expansion of economic success. You develop competitive advantages through professional market monitoring and the derivation of effective market management strategies. You control the handling of the service processes including the warranty and warranty processing and ensure a high customer satisfaction. You represent the car house as part of a publicly effective network and sales work.

You have a commercial or technical training and additional professional qualification or a comparable study with well-founded professional experience in the automotive sector. You can motivate and lead people, are strong in communication, responsibly and responsive to decisions. You control MS-Office and the Mercedes-Benz specific IT systems for executives, such as market data exchanges, controlling and statistical tools.
