For our Prevention Center Stuttgart we are looking for a/n in the area of Stuttgart Projektmanager (m/w/d) in the industry competence printing & paper processing.

You advise and support companies in the Print & Paper Processing industry on site in assessing the conditions at work. You analyse the interaction of technology, organization and human behaviour to ensure the safe design of work systems. You carry out the arrangement of measures to be taken by the company or the insured persons to avoid accident and health risks. You carry out accident investigations and identify occupational diseases cases. You design training on topics of occupational health and safety in our educational establishments and in member companies. You are responsible for the creation of contributions to publications in the field of occupational health and safety. You serve a supervisory area in the field of external services in the Stuttgart region.

A completed academic degree programme (Dipl.-Ing. (Univ./TH/TU), M.Eng. or M.Sc.) in the field of printing or packaging technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study with at least two years of professional experience in an activity which requires the completion of such a study. A single degree as a Dipl.-Ing. (FH), Bachelor, Master or Technicians is not sufficient. A completed training to the supervisor is advantageous. If not available, we will be happy to encourage you with a two-year training. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C2 of the common European reference framework for languages) and good knowledge of English in word and writing. Ability to analyze complex relationships and to present them in word and writing. Organisational skills and service orientation, conceptual skills and a high degree of self-responsibility. Sensitivity and emotional resilience. Ability to adjust to changing conditions even in difficult situations, as well as the willingness to expand their knowledge and can. readiness to provide services and to frequent, e.g. several-day service trips throughout the federal territory. Willingness to keep training at BG ETEM's educational sites. Class B licence. The later residence (service residence) is in the area of Stuttgart.

The grouping in pay group 13 BG-AT BG-AT is for the job. After successfully completed training to the supervisor, the possibility of taking over into an official's relationship with the grade A 13 BBesG exists when fulfilling the requirements of the runway law and taking into account the job plan.
