We need your support: You take our team's hands on the further development of the Ivanti service manager and actively contribute to the smooth operation of our service and provider management through your support. Proactive support: You perform various tasks and work for your team, for example, in the creation and maintenance of documentation and in rollouts of new functions. You can also help with tests and training on these topics. Focus on the essentials: You actively help to analyze and implement requirements on the Ivanti service manager. Everything in mind: Through your involvement in the care and documentation of workflows to Incidents, Changes, Service Requests and Reports, you will facilitate your team's daily work. Your bet counts: You are equal to standard workflows with existing processes and applicable regulations.

You are studying computer science, business informatics, business administration or are immatriculated in a comparable course of study. You already have a basic understanding of IT service management and ITIL. Ideally, you will bring first knowledge in connection with the Ivanti service manager, workflows and ticket systems. Thanks to your careful and structured way of working in combination with your team skills, you can easily organize, prioritize and quickly find yourself in new processes. Reliability and communication skills complete your profile.
