Head of Product Development and Process Technology (m/f/d)

Responsible for the development of new and optimization of existing products in terms of taste, texture, durability and costs. Independent coordination of development projects across all phases, from the idea to market maturity and production capacity. Close cooperation with other departments such as purchasing, KAM, production and quality assurance to ensure smooth implementation. Continuous further development of existing recipes and quality criteria, long-term tests and tastings for quality assurance, structured complaint management. Development and implementation of efficient process technologies for production to optimize quality and costs. Analysis of market trends and consumer requirements for identifying new product ideas and opportunities. Leadership and further development of the team to strengthen the expertise and performance of the area.

Successfully completed training in the food sector with a corresponding additional qualification (master, technician) or a completed study of food technology or comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the development of food and production in large series. Understanding the various processes for the production and processing of food, including cooling, heating, emulsification etc. Knowledge of existing regulations, standards, labelling requirements and hygiene standards is mandatory. Engaged personality with independent and structured working. Ideally guiding experience and a solution-oriented, pragmatic way of working. Embossed communication skills.
