Where to pack • Together with an interdisciplinary product team from product management, development, design and sales, you will continue to develop the Department of Labor Medicine in tomedo®. • You help to make our work medicine module a real pioneer in the market and build solutions that make occupational physicians noticeably relieve in everyday life. • You are responsible for the technical development of the module and develop new, better workflows for our customers. • You don't just work tickets, but look beyond the edge of the plate and actively shape the technological architecture of this area. • From the first idea to the release, you bring your own impulses and make sure that practical features are created from requirements. • You translate the special medical and legal requirements of occupational medicine into high-performance system logic that simplifies and accelerates processes. • Through close coordination with support, sales, design and product management, your code remains close to the reality of our users: inside. • Specifically, this means that you can expand our database model flexibly, write high-performance business logic on the server and create a user experience at the client that makes joy. • You enjoy the freedom to work 100% in your favourite home office, so you don't have to live in Thuringia. • After the trial period, up to 183 days of workation per year are possible. • You are looking for a long-term home port at least 32 hours a week, with a flexible part-time job not in the way.

What you should bring • You feel at home in the development of software and bring well-founded, detectable experience in an object-oriented programming language. • Ideally, you have already worked with Objective-C and Java and want to introduce your know-how directly into a lively product. • A creative green meadow motivates you: you think forward-looking, seek solutions instead of problems and bring a healthy portion of self-responsibility. • You do not shy the exchange with people and have the pleasure of rolling ideas for better product solutions together with customers. • Show us a little bit of your own code in the interview. You can practically prove your programming expertise during a trial. • Git, SQL, REST or ARC do not need to check in the Lexicon, but you can use it safely in your developer's day. • First experiences with agentic software development, for example with Claude Code, Codex or comparable AI-based development tools, can be used in practice. • In order to get a real foothold, you can master German fluently on at least C1 level, as German is our internal language for intensive exchange in the team.
