Number: V000073063 What tasks do you expect? You create and create appealing communication materials, especially presentations in PowerPoint. In doing so, you take the search and ask for the structured processing of information on professional topics. You are responsible for the documentation: from creation to maintenance to updating. You help with the support and moderation of our communication channels (e.g. Social Intranet, MS Teams). In the Application Security environment, you are responsible for the active participation and support of a professional community by identifying relevant topics, addressing and addressing questions. With your support, the automation and further development of MS team channels, for example by using copilot, will be advanced. You work closely with internal stakeholders to communicate security-relevant content in a targeted manner.

How do you fit into our team? You are studying Business Informatics, Data, Security, Project Management, Communication (e.g. IMUK) or a comparable course of study. You have very good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and good knowledge of other MS tools (e.g. Excel, MS Teams; ideally Jira/Confluence). You have a strong communication capability and a very good written expression. You also work structured, independent and reliable. Your high level of willingness to learn and your interest in incorporating them into professional topics are important to us. In dealing with sensitive data and security issues, you always prove a high degree of care and responsibility. You are characterized by the ability to independently implement tasks after submission and to keep to-dos clean, and also brings creativity and joy to bring your own ideas. Ideally, you bring basic knowledge in the field of cybersecurity, preferably with reference to Application Security.
