With external sales of around 12.24 billion euros and around 76,000 employees (including self-employed retailers and nearly 3,400 trainees), the EDEKA Minden-Hannover is the largest sales of a total of seven regional companies in the cooperatively organized EDEKA association. It has existed since 1920, extends from the Dutch to the Polish border and includes Bremen, Lower Saxony, a part of East Westfalen-Lippe, Saxony-Anhalt, Berlin and Brandenburg. More than three quarters of the nearly 1,500 markets are in the hands of around 640 independent EDEKA merchants. The group of companies includes several production plants, including the bread and baked goods production Schäfer's, the production for meat and sausage products peasantry and the traditional fish processing company Hagenah in Hamburg. You optimize and design the sales areas, present the current assortments and organize sales promotion measures. With joy and passion, guide and motivate your team and plan the personnel deployment.

You want to achieve entrepreneurial goals and take responsibility for your team. You are trained in the retail trade (e.g. a merchant or a merchant in the retail trade) and at best bring a completed training (e.g. a trader or a trader). You understand how to think and act economically, have analytical understanding and bring organizational talent. You communicate transparently, lead with empathy and make independent decisions. Ideally, you already have experience in the control counter area for meat, sausage, cheese and fish.
