♪ Your tasks

• Acquisition, design and costing of demanding projects in turn-key interior design and special services such as raw, roof and facade work
• Development of the building plan together with the client and an interdisciplinary internal team
• Economic and technical advice from our customers
• Offer creation and presentation before the customer as well as direct contact for costing questions
• Creation of performance directories (focus on cost group [for phone number see the original ad]) and mass determinations
• Inquiries of after-contracting services and care and development of our after-contracting network
• Development of a full offer as a basis for a flat-rate commissioning
• Active participation in different procurement procedures

♪ Your qualification

• Successfully completed studies as a civil engineer or architect or a comparable technical training
• Multiannual professional practice in the costing/acquisition of construction projects, ideally with a focus on expansion plants
• experience in creating performance directories and mass determinations
• Safe handling of AVA software programs, ideally iTWO
• Structured and independent operation
• Communication and team skills
