Project Coordinator Building Construction (m/f/d)

Coordination and control of all planning services (design, approval and execution planning) in construction Close cooperation with work preparation, construction management and external specialist planners Examination, evaluation and optimization of planning documents regarding quality, cost-effectiveness and executability Participation in the development of concepts and designs in early project phases Control of dates, costs and quality in the planning phase Support for project acquisition and presentation of designs and concepts to clients Participation in project management from idea to realization

Complete study of architecture, civil engineering or comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in planning or coordinating construction projects Knowledge of design, approval and execution planning Handicraft understanding and a good sense of constructional relationships Experience in cooperation with authorities, specialist planners and exporting firms Organisational strength, communication skills and enforcement Safe handling of current planning and project management tools Team-oriented and solution-oriented operation
