Synthetic Monitoring: You support our agile product team to build and continuously develop synthetic monitoring for our applications. Monitoring Analysis: You set up monitoring solutions, monitor them and analyze dashboards, alerts and KPIs such as availability or response times. Agent integration: You integrierst and configure monitoring agents - for example JavaScript-based new-relic agents for browser and API monitoring. Data processing: You process and analyze monitoring data by evaluating logs and metrics. Process improvement: You actively participate in optimizing our monitoring and quality processes such as alert logics, thresholds and runbooks. Documentation: You write and provide documentation on monitors, processes and best practices. Debugging: You support the testing and debugging of monitors and their configurations.

You are a registered student (e.g. computer science, business informatics, data science or comparable). First programming knowledge in JavaScript (e.g. for scripts, browser or API calls) - further languages such as Python or SQL are a plus. Ideally, you already had points of contact with dashboards/reporting (e.g. Power BI, Grafana, etc.) or monitoring tools. You work independently, structured and have fun working on new topics. You have first knowledge of software development, data analysis and processing, and you want to develop yourself specifically in the field of monitoring.
