This is what awaits you Control Campaigns: You control and optimise social recruiting campaigns for our TERRAS group and its subsidiaries - from campaign setup and targeting to ongoing budget management Detecting potentials: You analyze campaign data, perform systematic A/B tests, conduct optimization measures and continuously develop our recruiting campaigns Tracking & Improving Data Quality: You build our conversion tracking, keep developing it continuously, creating the basis for data-based optimization (Meta Pixel & Conversions API) and sound budget decisions Making success visible: You keep looking at relevant KPIs and make performance, applications and costs transparent by reporting and dashboards Improve conversions: You opt for our recruiting landing pages and digital application paths with user experience and conversion views and also bring your SEO confession Teamwork: You work closely with Recruiting and Creation, develop new ad variants from performance data and continuously test what approaches work with the respective target groups
