Complete degree in architecture or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in approval and execution planning Owner of the large building template permission according to Art. 61 BayBO Solid basic understanding for statics and building technology Joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary teams with experienced construction and project managers Safe handling of popular CAD programs & high affinity for digital work processes Knowledge of building regulations and relevant technical standards Analytical thinking, structured and solution-oriented working
