A completed study of social education, social work, medical education, special education, rehabilitation education or comparable qualification First practical experience in working with vulnerable and/or socially disadvantaged young people Knowledge of social pedagogical support and support for young people Own-sponsored and structured operation Safe handling of current MS Office applications Embossed organisational skills and communication strength High team capacity, empathy and esteeming attitude towards the participants The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
