(Junior) Professional IT Controlling (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. For one of our areas in IT Financial Controlling, you are the central contact for the Solution Portfolio. You are responsible for coordinating and moderating operational control formats and management sessions You are responsible for the processes relating to the monthly and annual accounts of your IT area (e.g. calculatory boundaries, recovery determination) and assists in cost and financial controlling of the total Black IT You are responsible within your IT area for the analysis and commenting of plan / actual deviations Through active support and quality assurance, you ensure the implementation of the planning processes You accompany the implementation of new controlling and key figures reports by joint coordination with the IT areas

You have a completed economic studies (focus on finance/controlling or the like) or comparable training You have already gained well-founded experience in dealing with management and in the areas of IT You have very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel) and good SAP user knowledge (ideally in the field of SAP FI/CO, SAP PS, SAP BW, SAP AfO) Your strengths include very good communication skills, independent working, analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking You communicate very well in German and English in word and writing JOBV1_EN
