Medical Secretary Clinic for Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine

The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown in the hospital plan of the state of Baden-Württemberg as a house of maximum care for the region and the teaching hospital of the University of Freiburg. Day by day and around the clock, over 4,900 qualified employees ensure the care of patients. For the Department of Children and Youth Medicine (Director Prof. Dr. S. Meyer), we are looking for a doctor's secretary in full time at the earliest possible time. The position shall first be fixed for 12-14 months.

Representation of the Chief Secretary Creating and writing doctor's letters and findings in the medical-internal computer system according to Phonodiktat Activities as a station secretary with briefing, appointment, collection, ordering, patient manager assistance The processing of the postal output and the inventory repository as well as all accumulating departments

Safe application of German language in word and writing A completed training in a health profession (e.g. medical professionals) Good knowledge of current MS Office applications and ideally in a practice/hospital information system Teamability, commitment and flexibility Organisational capacity
