In order to strengthen our team, we are now looking for a project manager for project execution in Filialbau (m/w/d) for the Brandenburg and Berlin area. You will be involved in our headquarters in Essen and on ongoing projects. You will then be responsible for expanding the sales network of all Deichmann SE and SNIPES companies and for their maintenance.

As a project manager, you are responsible for the smooth and economical planning and the expansion of new sales points. You are responsible for the cost planning and budget of the companies of Deichmann SE and SNIPES SE. You control the modernization and implementation of new and new construction projects. You are responsible for the holistic implementation of the projects, including building technology, as well as all necessary coordinations, coordination and acceptances.

You have completed technical training in the field of construction, ideally complemented by a study, for example as a civil engineer, architect or in a comparable field. You have already gained professional experience as a project manager or building manager, preferably in the area of Filialbau. You stand open to a high readiness to travel. In addition, a competent and safe occurrence and convincing action are your strengths. An independent way of working, organisational skills and team skills are your own.
