Construction site planner (m/f/d)

Planning and control of the use of resources and cranes for construction sites in Windparks (main focus) Monitoring the progress of the project and the creation of regular (daily/weekly) status updates and early presentation of risks Ensuring the availability and efficient deployment of critical resources (e.g. cranes) to comply with project schedules Coordination of different teams to ensure the timely delivery of components, equipment and materials Close coordination with project managers, site managers and local teams to ensure compliance with deadlines and milestones

Experience gained in resource and crane planning, ideally in renewable energies or in the construction/infrastructure environment Experience in managing complex projects with multiple parallel processes and challenging schedules Very good knowledge of planning tools (e.g. Primavera, MS Project, Power BI, Excel) Ability to work under pressure, to react flexibly to changes and to proceed structured and solution-oriented Very good knowledge of English (at least B2); Spanish knowledge is an advantage for international teams
