Werkstudent Software Engineering – Greenfield InsurTech (m/f/d)

Active co-design of a product – not only coding, but also make basic architectural decisions. Development across the entire stack – frontend, backend, infrastructure and DevOps processes – there are no artificial boundaries. Participation in technical discussions and whiteboard sessions at eye level. Acquisition of independent tasks with direct influence on the product. Working on the definition of business requirements and their translation in technically excellent solutions.

You study computer science, computer science, or a comparable degree course and convince with your academic achievements. You think in systems, not in tickets – software architecture, clean code and wartability are not buzzwords for you, but craftsmanship. You bring technical understanding and you have the ambition to develop yourself far beyond what is expected. You communicate safely in German (at least C1) – whiteboard sessions and intensive technical discussions are part of everyday life. You are ambitious and looking for a place that demands and continues – not for one that deals with you.
