That's exactly what we work on. While we are refocusing the IB.SH technologically, regulatory requirements, such as DORA, EBA/GL and MaRisk, are growing at the same time. Our goal: to shape governance so that it creates orientation, makes complexity manageable and allows development.

Development and development of an integrated ICT governance model in line with regulatory requirements deriving clear control and decision logics for IT, projects and regulatory requirements Establishing transparency on IT compliance, risks and dependencies Translation of regulatory requirements in practicable, connectable structures for the organisation Sparringspartner (w/m/d) for IT management, governance functions and specialist areas in strategic issues

Security in handling frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL as well as regulatory requirements Joy in structuring complex relationships and converting them into clear control models Experience in cooperation with different stakeholders at eye level – also in the management context Understanding interactions between IT, organization and regulation
