With our software for Landessportbünde we are the market leader in Germany. · You plan and implement Microsoft infrastructure projects – such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange · You introduce Microsoft365 solutions and accompany migrations (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) · You develop and realize hybrid infrastructures that connect local systems with cloud-based solutions · You design and implement IaaS solutions – e.g. virtual servers, network and storage solutions · You analyze existing IT environments and find smart optimization options · You advise customers technically and strategically – practical, honest and solution-oriented · A completed vocational training as a specialist:in, a completed study in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification with a multiannual professional experience in a position with a corresponding degree of complexity (e.g. as a system administrator:in). · An extensive practical experience in several of the following areas: Microsoft (server/client operating systems as well as Microsoft 365), virtualization, storage, network, backup or firewall. · A strong communication capability and joy in handling customers · Good organizational skills and structured, independent work · A high level of commitment reliability and team spirit as well as fun in new technologies · You convince by good communication skills and have good knowledge of German in word and writing · An outstanding team where helpfulness, reliability and cohesion are at the forefront and live through team events · Varied projects and self-sponsored work with exciting customers:inside · Design free space for your own ideas: IT is developing continuously.
