Project Engineer (m/w/d)

As a project engineer (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the planning and implementation of demanding projects in the field of plant engineering – both for internal and external customers. You ensure that our systems are implemented on time, in the budget framework and according to all technical and legal requirements. You are involved from the start to the end: from supply creation to technical planning and construction management to commissioning and subsequent customer service. You act independently and are the central technical interface – internally and externally.

Your tasks at a glance: holistic project management including scheduling, budget control, specification and reporting Technical management of offers and support for sales and development Planning and implementation of customer service Presentation of technical solutions – internal and customer Creation of cost estimates according to internal and external standards Documentation in SAP, MS Office and Air Products-specific tools (e.g. Vantage) Close cooperation with sales, controlling, purchasing, I&M, suppliers and European technology teams Leadership of technicians, field engineers and external service providers Participation in training (e.g. qualified person printing, ex-protection)

What you should bring: Complete studies in engineering (e.g. process engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, plant engineering) Very good knowledge of project management – at least three years of experience in implementing projects Impressed problem-solving competence and high self-initiative Communication strength, team capability and loadability readiness to travel within Germany Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, SAP and project related tools
