You are responsible for the technical facility management with a focus on energy and building technology. Operatively strong. Organized clean. Liability sensitive. You are the extended technical arm of the operator on site – not the maintenance service provider. Tasks1. Technical Object ResponsibilitySic production of the proper operation of technical installations Organisation, control and documentation of statutory audits Control of external maintenance companies Escalation in case of defects to owners/contractors Two. Guided tour & coordination structuring of test routines and checklists Control of documentation and operating books Interface between customer, owner and third-party companies Technical focus (no maintenance operation) Our service technicians conduct operational and visual checks as well as operator obligations, e.g.: Fire alarm system – weekly visibility checks, reporting checks according to requirements Sprinkler system – trial runs, pressure controls, visual checks Elevator/lifting activities Electric main distribution – visual inspections Organisation of tests according to DGUV Regulation 3 You make sure that: Maintenance contracts Work third-party works correctly Not to be missed Operator obligations have been proven

Master / Technicians Energy & Building Technology or comparable Experience in the technical FM or in the operation of commercial real estate Understanding operator responsibility and liability risks leadership experience or clear leadership competence Structure thinking (process setup, test periods, documentation) Additional qualifications such as fire protection officers or electrotechnical specialists are advantageous.
