Sales service Telephone customer support, order intake and offer creation and tracking Processing of complaints and returns and general handling Maintenance of customer master data, order processing and accounting Close cooperation with the external service for sustainable customer support Welcome Representation of the company at the reception and at the telephone center Reception and support of visitors and organisation of meetings Processing of input and output mail and general administrative tasks Ordering and administration of office material and invoice management support

Completed commercial training or training in the area of hotel industry / service (Quereinsteiger welcome) Friendly, safe occurrence and pronounced service and customer orientation Structured, careful and independent operation Good MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word) as well as secure German knowledge Communication skills and organizational talent
