• Care and advice of employees and managers in all HR-relevant topics - recruitment of new talents and onboarding processes - support in the development and implementation of HR strategies - readiness to travel: 20% travel share (representation of the Dettingen site). - Participation in HR projects and optimization of internal processes

• Completed studies in the field of human resources management or comparable qualifications - Multiannual professional experience as HR generalist, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry - Funded knowledge in labour law and HR strategies, as well as common HR IT tools such as DATEV, Microsoft Office, Workday and Haufe - Embossed communication skills and consulting skills - team skills and structured working
