As a statutory accident insurance, we provide for fewer accidents and occupational diseases, rehabilitate injured and take care of adequate compensation in the event of accident consequences. Our insured persons: employees in the public service, students, pupils and children in daycare facilities. Management of the department: strategic, professional, organizational and personnel management of the department (4 specialist and 50 employees) Management of the department & implementation Business objectives: Control of the department by means of key figures and support of the UKBW to achieve the corporate objectives Processing of health data: process-controlled and efficient processing of health data and targeted use of automation and digitization potentials Accounting & Disbursement: Determination of audit priorities of outpatient and stationary billing audit and guaranteeing a timely payment solution-oriented cooperation with internal & external partners

completed studies (e.g. public management, health management or a comparable degree) relevant experience in management tasks and the associated ability to achieve strategic goals multi-year leadership experience extensive experience with the control of key figures process and solution-oriented operation high decision-making competence and asugee-focused thinking Willingness for occasional missions to our other location (Karlsruhe or Stuttgart)
