We are looking for support at the Leverkusen site as soon as possible.

Responsibility for the reduction of CAPEX in the engineering sector by identifying, implementing and monitoring cost optimization measures Responsibility in creating forecasts and budget plans in the engineering sector Creation, preparation and maintenance of analyses and reporting for management, steering committee, shareholders and other bodies

Examination of all new construction measures to comply with the requirements and identification of cost-saving and efficiency potentials

Review of market prices and ensuring economic conditions

Development and implementation of cost management strategies for the sustainable optimization of operating expenses

Optimization of expenditure through targeted investment control and budget management

Analysis, visualization and maintenance of data and (daily) reports for all relevant stakeholders as well as improving the data quality and efficiency of reporting processes

Conducting deep deviation analyses and identifying, implementing and monitoring optimization and efficiency potentials and deriving corrective measures

Processing of general contractors' contributions, including examination of the basis of claim and defence of unfounded claims

Takeover and independent development of projects or business areas, creation of business cases and scenario models for complex projects

Support in the introduction of new tools and technologies

Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to achieve defined goals (PM, BTS, CO and EK)

Complete studies in civil engineering or a comparable professional qualification (e.g. technical training with relevant additional qualification) Multiannual experience in the construction industry with sound construction knowledge

Legal knowledge in VOB and BGB

Experience in Cost Management

Experience in claim management, in particular in the defence and enforcement of claims
