Projektleiter (m/w/div) Place: Würzburg Application deadline: 17.04.2025 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Date of entry: 01.06.2025 Call number: 20-024-2025 Remuneration: E11 TV EntgO-DRV Activity In the LernLab IT, as a multi-functional learning site, our IT juniors (IT-NWK) are trained according to a concept adapted to the requirements of the later work application for the close linking of theory and practical content or accompanied in the practical phases of the IT study. Training / studying at the LernLab IT helps IT-NWK in particular to face the new digital challenges and to develop sufficiently broad professional skills in IT and the methods to be applied.

They design and organize seminars for IT juniors (including the creation of fine concepts, seminar schedules, lecture guides and practical exercises and task descriptions in multimedia form) They provide training content based on the existing seminar concepts They prepare the implementation of IT-NWK projects for the practical application of the learning content and coach the young people in the implementation You create learning success controls, correct and evaluate them and evaluate the performance of IT-NWK in training and internship phases (for IT students) They accompany the IT-NWK on their way, reflect their performance development and support them in your learning process

They have successfully completed higher education (Diplom-FH, Bachelor or equivalent degree) preferably with IT focus or They have a completed vocational training with IT focus or an equivalent qualification with IT focus You have current detectable professional experience in an IT-related area They are familiar with the challenges of demographic development and the following requirements for IT training/ IT-study of IT juniors They have a high level of social competence and team orientation in extensive cooperation with all training participants and are interested in accompanying young people in their professional and personal development. You have the willingness to provide the necessary proof of professional and job-pedagogical knowledge in accordance with the training regulations, unless it is available, within a reasonable period of time.
