Our Compliance & Information Security department is part of the Finance & Risk Management Board and is responsible for compliance, outsourcing management, money laundering and information security and data protection. Our team is responsible for money laundering and fraud prevention within Mercedes-Benz Bank AG and consists of highly motivated and friendly employees who are looking forward to your support. The following tasks await you: Technical support and professional control of the computer monitoring system in the context of money laundering, terrorist financing (TF) and other criminal acts (ssH)

Control and monitoring of outsourced services in the context of computer monitoring (outlay management incl. interface coordination)

Further development of the computer monitoring system to ensure regulatory, technical and technical requirements

Technical validation of monitoring indicators, scenarios and parameters

Analysis of vulnerabilities and derivation and implementation of change and optimization requirements

Implementation and coordination of user management for the computer monitoring system (e.g. user installation, change and deactivation, role and authorization concepts)

Ensuring compliance with authorization and access concepts taking into account regulatory and internal requirements

Conception, creation and maintenance of standardized and ad-hoc reports

Use and processing of data from central BI Data Lakes and creation of dashboards and reports using Power BI

Close cooperation with departments, IT, outsourcing partners as well as compliance and risk management functions

Support for audits (e.g. revision, auditors, oversight) by technical and technical analyses, evaluations and verifications

Ideally, you bring the following: Complete study of (economic) informatics, mathematics, economics or comparable qualifications

Multiannual experience in money laundering prevention, terrorist financing or financial crime

Knowledge of computer-assisted monitoring and analysis systems

Analytical understanding of data models, indicators and scenarios

Experience in the validation and parameterization of monitoring evidence

Experience in outsourcing and management of external service providers

Very good knowledge of data analysis, reporting and BI solutions (especially Power BI)

Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. GwG, MaRisk, BAIT) desirable

Personal competencies: Analytical and Structured Thinking Power

High self-initiative and sense of responsibility

Embossed communication and interface competence

Teamability and safe occurrence against internal and external stakeholders

Careful and reliable operation, especially in handling sensitive data and access rights
