On-site construction site: You coordinate and monitor the plants sanitary, heating, ventilation and air conditioning at our construction sites. Control of subcontractors: You tune services, control progress and ensure smooth operations on the construction site. Construction site organisation: You prepare workflows, coordinate interfaces and coordinate closely with the construction and project management. Date, quality and cost awareness: You ensure a contract-oriented, economical, timely and high-quality execution of the work. Quality and safety: You ensure compliance with the requirements for quality, safety at work, environmental protection, order and cleanliness. Technical assistance: You accompany commissioning, identify execution deviations and coordinate the elimination of defects together with the exporting companies. acceptance and transfer: You contribute to technical acceptances, user instruction and the handover of the technical installations. Digital construction site organization: You document building progress, deficiencies and tasks with modern digital tools and ensure transparent tracking. Communication in the project: You participate in construction meetings and work together with all project participants.

You have a completed training as a plant mechanic SHK (gn*), heating farmer, gas and water installer, ventilation farmer or a comparable craftsman-technical qualification. Ideally, you already have professional experience in the field of sanitation, heating, ventilation and air conditioning – for example as skilled workers, supermonitors, structural fitters or in a comparable position. You want to develop professionally and personally and take responsibility in a leading function at the construction site. You understand technical contexts, can understand plans and execution details and keep an overview of complex construction sites. You organize themselves, work structured and act solution-oriented. You communicate clearly and bindingly, coordinate entrepreneurs confidently and reliably with project participants. You bring mobility as well as the willingness to use at our construction sites in North Rhine-Westphalia. Class B licence is required.
